Meet Winston Teague, MA, LPC-Associate

My name is Winston Teague and I am an LPC Associate (License#:101968); Supervised by Jessica Riley-Bolden, MA, LPC-S, CST.

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or facing experiences that are difficult to make sense of alone. You don’t have to navigate that by yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. My work is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and informed by attachment-based and emotion-focused approaches. I also have additional training and certification in Attachment Trauma Treatment, and I often help clients explore how important relationships and past experiences shape the way we see ourselves, connect with others, and experience emotions today.

At the same time, therapy doesn’t have to focus only on the past. We can also work in the here and now—building awareness of your current emotions, patterns, and strengths while developing new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I work with individuals navigating many different experiences, some of those are anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, infidelity, and life transitions. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re considering therapy, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that journey.
