Meet Addy Light, LPC-Associate

Hello, I’m Addy, and I'm a licensed clinical therapist associate supervised by Jessica Bolden. I started helping individuals, couples, and families in 2022, and I finished my master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Tarleton State University in 2023. I follow a client centered approach and believe that every person is unique with unique needs. I love working with people from all walks of life and have experience with LGBTQI+ identities, teens, and non-traditional family and relationship dynamics. I am also very passionate about integrating expressive arts and enjoy helping my clients find meaning through creativity. Whether you're struggling with mental health, feeling lost in our stressful world, or just feel stuck, I am dedicated to providing you with a safe, positive and compassionate therapeutic environment.
