Lynda is a compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate committed to guiding individuals, couples, and families through life's complexities. Under the supervision of Julia Wesley, LMFT-S, she offers a client-centered approach, creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences.

Holding a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University, Lynda specializes in couple and family counseling, career guidance, navigating life transitions, and grief support. She employs evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience and promote healing collaboratively.

Passionate about supporting individuals and family systems, Lynda believes every individual has a unique story shaped by life experiences. She is dedicated to helping clients harness their inner strengths to achieve personal growth and positive change.

Outside of her professional life, Lynda enjoys quality time with her husband and adult children, playing with her two dogs, sewing, and traveling. These activities bring balance and inspiration to her practice, enhancing her ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
